Dr Melanie Cole
BSc (Mon), BDent (Syd)
Dr Melanie Cole’s top priority is to make sure all her patients feel cared for and heard. She has a calm and gentle manner which puts her patients at ease. Dr Cole has over 12 years’ experience working in Sydney in both private practice as well as for the Australian Defence Force and is skilled in all facets of general dentistry. She takes pride in the quality of her clinical work and regularly attends professional development courses to keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing world of modern dentistry.
After graduating with high distinctions from Monash University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Anatomy and Physiology, Dr Cole moved to Sydney to complete post-graduate studies in a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Sydney in 2005. Since completing her University studies, Dr Cole has done further professional development courses at the California Implant Institute in the USA, endodontic studies at Kings College in London as well as in Auckland, New Zealand. Coming from a family of medical doctors and surgeons, Dr Cole, felt drawn to the sciences. Also, having an artistic background of painting and drawing throughout high school and into University, Dr Cole, felt dentistry was the perfect career choice to combine her love for creating things with her hands with science. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband and family at the local beaches and travelling to new places. She very much looks forward to meeting you and serving your dental needs in any way she can.
Dr Josue (Josh) Nolde
Born in 1985 in Brazil, Josh is a very communicative person and passionate about dentistry. Graduated in 2008 in the same country. During his studies, he published two international research papers, one research conducted during a special training program in Cardiff, Wales.
Josh started his professional life in Brazil, working and studying constantly during 11 years. He values knowledge and enjoys spending hours dedicated to reading and learning. Most of the courses Josh attended were focused on dental surgery, dental implants and aesthetic dentistry. He was the leader of the implantology in his team, where he trained more than 4 dentists in placing dental implants and place hundreds of dental implants himself.
In 2017 his family started to move to Australia, as a very close family he decided to move to Australia too. He finished the validation of his diploma in 2019 and now is starting his career in Australia. Despite the freshness of his career in Australia he already lectured about dental implants as he did before back in Brazil.
He has a two-year-old son and his wife is expecting a baby due in 2020. In his free time he loves running, surfing, reading and spending time with his family.
Dr Nathan Fenning
The University of Sydney
Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Dentistry
Dr Nathan Fenning graduated from Sydney University after completing a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2007. Since then he has worked in private practice in Newcastle, public dentistry on the Central Coast and spent a number of years teaching at Sydney University both as a Clinical Educator and Scholarly Teaching Fellow. Most recently, he has worked as a Locum dentist, travelling around Australia with his family whilst working in Western Australia and Victoria. He has recently returned to the Central Coast to settle with his family locally, after growing up on the Coast.
Nathan enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly preventative and family dentistry and restorative dental care. He is proficient in extractions and minor oral surgery and performing treatments under General Anaesthesia.
Dr John Woo
University of Queensland
Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours
Dr John Woo completed his Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Queensland. He understands how stressful going to a dental practice can be. He is dedicated to making sure his patients feel at ease when visiting the dentist.
Dr John enjoys all aspects of dentistry and ensures he is up-to-date with the latest technological developments. He is also a member of the Australian Dental Association. In his spare time, John enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes and taking care of his cat.
Dr Bill Zhang
Griffith University, Queensland
Bachelor of Dentistry
Dr Bill Zhang obtained his dental degree from Griffith University in Queesnland. He is passionate about working with patients to help them achieve a confident smile as well as providing a relaxed dental experience.
Bill has worked with many communities in northern NSW such as Armidale, Inverell and Tweed Heads.
Bill takes pride in his quality of work. His passion in dentistry is the restoration of teeth, minor oral surgery and root canal treatments. He loves seeing people smile and regain their self-confidences. Bill keeps his dental knowledge up to date by regularly attending continuing professional development courses.
In his time out of the dental practice, Bill likes to keep being active outdoors with lots of hikes and bush walking.
Front Desk Coordinator/Dental Assistant
Amanda has been working in the dental industry for the past 9 years. She is passionate about caring for all patients. Amanda loves meeting and getting to know all the patients. In her spare time Amanda enjoys spending her time with her partner and son or hanging out with friends.
I have had over 20 years experience. I'm very lucky to be working in an industry that I really enjoy! The interaction with the patients and being part of their journey to better oral health is very rewarding. I enjoy making people happy in any way I can!
